DMCA Policy

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Smashed Red Potatoes Recipe, please send a written notice of alleged copyright infringement to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on Smashed Red Potatoes Recipe was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by sending a written communication to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
